What types of goods do we deliver to distribution centers
Groceries and confectionery - cereals, pasta, cookies, candies, chocolate, and other products with a long shelf life. We ensure the goods arrive in perfect condition, with packaging intact.
Cosmetics and household chemicals - body and hair care products, cleaning agents, cosmetic sets, and more. Shipments are palletized and securely fastened for safe transportation.
Household goods - tableware, textiles, small appliances, home and repair products. We provide careful packaging and monitor the condition of goods during transit.
Chilled and frozen products - meat, fish, dairy products, frozen vegetables and ready-made meals. These shipments are transported using specialized refrigerated vehicles that maintain the required temperature throughout the route.
Beverages and water - non-alcoholic drinks, juices, mineral and drinking water. Transportation takes into account packaging requirements and storage conditions.
Alcohol and wine products - bottled beverages and sets. We ensure safe transportation and proper pallet placement to prevent damage.
All goods are accepted for transport only after proper packaging and preparation of accompanying documentation. Each stage of delivery is monitored to ensure timely handover to the distribution center and to preserve product quality.
FAQ
Delivery is carried out using various types of vehicles, including light trucks (2–5 tons), trucks with tail lifts, and specialized refrigerated vehicles for chilled and frozen goods.
Goods must be securely packaged and placed on Euro pallets measuring 1.2 × 0.8 m. The pallet height should not exceed 1.8 m, and the weight should not exceed 600 kg. Packaging must be sealed, preventing any external access to the goods.
Before delivery, all necessary accompanying documents are checked and prepared at our warehouse. After the goods are handed over to the distribution center, the originals, marked as received, are returned to the sender.
We offer consolidated shipments to help optimize customer costs. Goods are combined with others in a consolidated batch and delivered according to an agreed schedule.
If goods are rejected by the distribution center or returned by the network, the shipment is delivered back to our warehouse. Information about the return is promptly provided to the customer for further action.
